We had a fire in one of the closets the keeps our OEM disks and other data and of course our RAQ4 decided to suffer from a Kernel Panic, shortly thereafter.

Is there any way we can download our SB1 and SB2 disks again, please?
If memory serves, (as seen above) we purchased 2 of the same thing and the corrected one, and never got a refund, so a re-download window would be very nice.

Would appreciate any help!
