Download the archive to your server using:

wget http://www.osoffice.co.uk/linux/updates/raq550-netfilter-update.tar.gz
cp /boot/vmlinux.bz2 /boot/old-vmlinux.bz2
tar -xvzf raq550-netfilter-update.tar.gz -C /

reboot
